I am an holistic pagan practitioner & teacher with a strong interest in Druidism, Shamanism & different forms of Eastern traditions. Spirituality in all its forms has always been a part of my life.

I am a Master-Teacher in Usui, Tibetan & Violet Flame Reiki, Seichem & the Egyptian Cartouche and am also a qualified practitioner in Crystal Healing, Indian Head Massage, Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candling) & Past Life Regression Therapy. Aside from practising & teaching Reiki, I have also completed courses with the NFSH, HPAI and the Suffolk Healers Association – and include in my teaching all the experience I have gathered both in these (and other courses) and from my own healing practise and experience.

I try to tailor my teaching to the requirements of my students and so, teach mainly on a one-to-one basis but I will accommodate small groups of not more than 4 students as I feel everyone is entitled to the same amount of attention and do not believe this can be achieved with a larger number. Although the courses are traditionally taught over consecutive days, they may also be split over a series of afternoons if required.

The duration of the courses are also dependant on the student(s) experience – as is the time between levels (although I generally advocate a period of 3 months between 1 st and 2 nd Degree, and 8 months to a year from 1 st Degree to Master Level – this really does depend on the student, and I have known students to both take considerably longer and to virtually cut this time in half to complete all three degrees – very much a personal thing I think, and highly dependant on the students prior experience) and offer a full back-up service because I know how isolated healers can feel, and the responsibility of the Master-Teacher does not (I believe) end after the Attunements have been given.

Anyone considering learning Reiki should, I feel, think about firstly having a treatment (so that you know what this feels like) and also, having a Heart Attunement (which is a ‘temporary' attunement to Reiki and lasts approximately 21-28 days), which gives a ‘diluted' form of the Reiki energy with which to work and will enable you to see how it feels to channel Reiki before taking on a ‘full' attunement. Both of which I offer to enquirers.

I also offer re-attunements to all my students at any time, which helps to give a bit of a ‘boost' when most needed (and, indeed, will automatically re-attune anyone who joins one of my courses having attained previous levels elsewhere).

Violet Flame Reiki is intended to work alongside Usui Reiki and so, in line with the tradition through which this system was devised, I teach it only at Usui Master Level.

I also teach Seichem only once the student has attained Reiki Mastership as I feel that you need to be sufficiently experienced in working with the Reiki (Earth) energy before taking on the subtle energies of the other three elements (being Water, Fire & Air/Ether) within Seichem, and The Egyptian Cartouche after Seichem, as this is a very powerful set of initiations, where the student needs to have a firm foundation on which to build in order to be comfortable with these new, higher, energies.

Because I also firmly believe it is most important, regardless of whether or not you intent to embark on learning an Holistic Therapy, to be aware of how much more we are than just the ‘physical' (particularly if you are on a Spiritual Path and therefore more sensitive and ‘open' to the energies of others), I therefore also offer workshops on Energy which include awareness of the subtle energetic system, energetic protection & clearing and creation of Sacred Space etc.. All important tools to help us remain calm and centred in our busy world. Again, this can also be done on a one-to-one basis if required.

I feel very strongly that what I offer should be affordable to those who otherwise could not afford it and so, include my teaching/practise also via the LETS (Local Exchange Trading System) Scheme. So, even if you are not a part of any such schemes, if you have a service etc.. that you have to offer in exchange for tuition/treatment, please do get in touch. As long as my costs are covered, I am happy to consider other options.
